To access your bulk course portal, click the Manage Sub Accounts button above, or go to the subscriptions tab on your account page and select Sub Accounts.

On the Sub Accounts page you will find your unique SignUp URL. This is a URL you can distribute to your list of potential students. Anyone who uses the URL will get free access to the Ebike Course.

Another way to give access is to upload a CSV of your pre-determined list of students. Download this CSV file to follow the correct format. Or send us a message and we will be happy to help you.

You can also use the “Add Sub Account” button to manually add a member. You will need to create a username and enter their name and email address. Check the box next to “Send NEW members the welcome email.” The welcome email will include a password reset link.

Once you have members signed up in your account, you will be able to see their course progress.
